EMAD R. HAMADEH

Emad Hamadeh is an attorney at Akeel & Valentine, PLC, with experience representing clients in both state and federal courts in Michigan and throughout the nation, including California, the District of Columbia, Florida, New Jersey, and Virginia. With a strong commitment to upholding justice and combating hate and fraud, Emad focuses his practice on handling complex class action lawsuits against the insurance and pharmaceutical industries for their anticompetitive and fraudulent conduct. Emad’s legal acumen spans a broad spectrum of issues, with a deep understanding of the intricacies involving violations of the False Claims Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), the Sherman Antitrust Act, and various state consumer protection laws.  

Emad’s journey to excellence began at Wayne State University Law School, where he distinguished himself as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law in Society. Throughout his academic tenure, Emad received numerous awards for his exceptional written and oral advocacy skills while participating in the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
